Benjamin married Frances "Fanny" MORRIS, daughter of John MORRIS and Martha WIDDOWS, on 19 Mar 1767 in Ansford SOM. (Frances "Fanny" MORRIS was born in Queen Camel SOM, christened on 27 May 1742 in Ansford SOM and was buried on 25 Feb 1810 in Ansford SOM.)
