SANDFORD - Six months after her golden wedding, Mrs. Mary Fawcett, Orchard House, Sandford, Warcop, and formerly of Elderbeck, Pooley Bridge, died at the age of 79. While residing at Pooley Bridge, Mrs. Fawcett was a ready helper at social events. One of her relaxations was rug-making.
